peanut butter & maple cupcake – originally uploaded by moirabot
This one was peanut butter and maple. Just subtly nutty, and the maple syrup made it sweet but not in a processed-sugary kind of way. The icing was thick and a little margarine-ish, not the healthiest tasting (though that’s probably not fair critisim of a cupcake). And the whole thing was topped with a little piece of dark chocolate. Nice.

I’ve been loving the vegan sweet treats Revel has been putting on lately! Those walnut -rosewater cupcakes were awesome (and I’m not always a walnut fan). They are really keeping their vegan game up.

Mmm I managed to try the Chai one when I was last there but will be back to hunt down the PB!
